Your Responsibilities:
- Manage client infrastructure and networks
- Handle complex and critical issues (Level 3 support)
- Support Level 1 and Level 2 technicians and manage escalation
- Improve client environments by ensuring system stability, security, and performance
- Standardize and document client environments
- Provide technical leadership to the team when needed
- Log your work accurately in our management system
Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience as an IT technician, including at least 5 years at Level 3
- Strong command of Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), and Azure/Entra ID
- Solid knowledge in networking, security, backup systems, and cloud services
- Strong mentoring abilities and advanced analytical thinking
- IT certifications – a strong asset
